Order it - Article Lifecycle Management

Designed to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial items, Order It enables category managers to create, update, and deactivate SKUs across multiple systems. The platform ensures alignment between internal validations, fiscal requirements, and supplier input, acting as a central hub for article governance in retail operations.

Cogibot - Saas AI chatbot

Developed a SaaS conversational platform for small and medium e-commerces, focused on improving customer navigation and automating support flows. The chatbot acted as a virtual shopping assistant, integrating IBM Watson to deliver dynamic, AI-driven interactions tailored to each business's catalog and service structure.
